Collin The Baby Whisperer

I haven't even looked yet to see when my last post was or what it was about. I am pretty sure that it was before I knew I was pregnant again. We had a girl as of January 2, 2008. She was born at 12:38 PM weighing 8lb 10oz and measuring 20" long. She was born with at least as much hair as her brother and has been such a joy.
Caio is already such a good big brother and likes to try and help with her from time to time. He will ask to hold her and then tell us that he is done after just a couple of seconds. She prefers me to almost every other person (including Marcio) which is very good for my ego :-) and the opposite of Caio who only liked being taken care of by my husband. The biggest exception to this rule is my nephew Collin, who likes to hold her and walk with her. He seems to be able to take her when she is at full throttle and calm her to the point that she is sleeping within minutes. I remember that I used to be able to do that with babies when I was younger, but I lost the ability somewhere in my older teenage years/younger twenties.
Well... speaking of baby... she calls! :-) Time to go do my mommy thing.
